Two sunny, north-facing bedrooms with built in robes, in a clean, modern and comfortable share house available for rent. The house has two oversized living areas and a backyard. Roommates are not required to do gardening work.

Unlimited NBN is included in the rent. Housemates share the costs of gas, electricity and water equally.

The shared common areas are furnished and whitegoods (including TV, fridge, washing machine, oven and microwave) are included.

The bedrooms can be unfurnished or furnished with a queen sized bed in one room and a King single bed in the other room, desk and chair (per the photos) to suit your requirements.

The house is opposite parklands and is close to Crace Shops (with cafes, gym and supermarket). It is also close to ANU (25 minutes by bus) and UC (15 minutes by bus), and a 10 minute drive to both Belconnen and Gungahlin.

The closest bus stop is 4 minutes' walk away and goes directly to Gungahlin (10 minutes), UC (15 minutes) and Belconnen (20 minutes).

I am looking for clean, tidy and considerate roommates, who does not like to party at the house.

No pets or smokers please.

A longer stay is preferred but stay length is negotiable.

This property meets minimum energy efficiency standards.
