The bathroom you share with my other housemate was renovated less than 12 months ago and comes with a modern walk-in shower and separate bath.
I do have a 4 year old cat, so unfortunately can’t accept anyone with their own cat or dog.

About the flatmates
Hello, I’m Matt and welcome to my place 😊 I have a spare room available in this 3 bedroom house that I currently share with my other housemate, Alex.
We are both males in our late twenties (one gay, one straight) and are ideally looking for someone of similar age, but not essential. We both work full-time and have several activities outside of work. We’re hoping our new housemate is able to socialise every now and then; but we’re also comfortable if our new housemate wishes to keep to themselves as we also respect downtime alone.
We enjoy keeping a clean house, but are not pedantic about this as we know life can get busy.
In addition, I do have a 4 year old cat, Augie (short for August; a Taylor Swift song 😅), who I adopted from the RSPCA. He's got a lot of personality and greatly enjoys the company of people. You will see in the images that Augie has a playpen that houses his litter box and a few comforts for him when he enjoys the sunshine (I can’t stand the smell of cat litter in the house).
