About the property
Hi!
Our recent housemate has had to move out so we are looking to fill his room in our sharehouse
Tldr:
- Single room, enough space for double bed and desk.
- 5mins drive to Coolamon court, 10 mins to Woden Westfield.
- Decked out kitchen with most appliances, front deck, home gym set up, gas heating
- Small housecat in the house
- Bunch of chill/weeb/nerdy guys living here
The Area:
Looking to fill a room in our sharehouse. We are located in Fisher, about a 5 minute drive to cooleman court or 10 minute drive to Westfield Woden. Bus stop about 5 minute walk away, lovely quiet neighbourhood.
We have a small cat that lives here and is taken care of by me (James), her name is amatsu and is very friendly with people. If you have pet as well we are happy to consider, as long as she gets along with Amatsu.
The Room/House:
The room can fit a double bed and desk pretty easily, in the photos is a ladder for reference.
We have every appliance you can think of and are happy to make room if you are bringing any. There are still a few cupboards in the kitchen that aren't used at all you're welcome to take.
No dishwasher on the property would be the biggest downside, but we are a clean as you go house and there hasn't been issues with dishes or any other mess, if things get dirty we usually have a cleaning day together or allocate some things between us.
The house has a full home gym you're welcome to use, enclosed front porch and back sun room area, dining room, shared bathroom between myself and Matthew and you. We also have a gas heating system for winter and a ventilation system for summer/winter, and a small 3kw solar system.

About the flatmates
3 men living in the house, all of us are into anime, gaming and good vibes. I (James) like playing music and work as an HVAC tech and am usually in bed by 10 on weekdays and later on weekends. Riley is into games, works as a bartender and is a sick cook. Andrew works in the public service and works from home mostly and loves to mix and make cocktails. We are all super happy to have chats and hang out but also value our own time in our rooms.
