The house is very clean and tidy with large living and dining areas. It's located on a quiet street and a 2 minute walk away from the bus stop, with the rapid R2 bus route direct to Westfield Belconnen, University of Canberra, ANU and city.
You'll be sharing the house with myself and 2 others. We're all friendly and like to have a chat now and then, but also spend most of our time working or studying.
The room is furnished with a bed, desk and chair, but can be flexible if you have your own furniture. There's also plenty of storage space in the built-in wardrobe.
