Owner has moved out to live with their partner, but lived with current housemate for over two years with zero problems.
There are two rooms available. Ideally whoever joins first will be involved in choosing the 2nd additional housemate to make sure it is a comfy fit for everyone.

- Bus stop within 25m of front door, with regular busses to Belconnen and Gungahlin. New bus to Civic should be coming in Feb.
- Fridge, washing machine, dryer, dining tables, most kitchen appliances.
- Lounge and living rooms are largely unfurnished, can easily fit lots of stuff.
- Weatherproof storage under the house.
- One garage spot available, plus room for off street parking.
- Bathroom has bathtub and decent size shower.

Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is a set of drawers and a queen bed available (but can also just be stored).

Bills to be evenly split.

Current tenant is easy going and flexible. LGBT and disability friendly, pets considered.

The house meets minimum EE standards.
