About the property
The house is beautiful and light-filled, with a huge kitchen, and a bathroom decked out with a !! spa bath !! There is also a huge back yard and front yard (which I will miss dearly), with veggie patches in the back and a big garage space with we use as an extra common area.
We also have solar panels, with electric stoves and hot water, meaning that we have no gas bills and rarely have to pay for electricity. We pay water quarterly (usually around $60 each), and $27 per month for wifi.
The main bedroom and another room are available -- $215 per week for the main room and $208 per week for the other bedroom. The main bedroom is larger with a huge wardrobe and two windows.
The location is great too! It's a 15 minute drive to the city, 10 minute drive to Belco, and a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk down to Kippax shops. Easy access to the R2 from Kippax or a bus stop along the 45 route to Belconnen at the end of the street.

Room for rent in Higgins sharehouse --$215 p/w
Hi everyone!
We are looking for two new housemates to join our sharehouse in Higgins. It is a 3-bedroom house, with two rooms becoming available due to myself and another housemate sadly moving interstate. The main bedroom will be available on or before February 22nd, and the front bedroom will be free from late February (dates flexible).
You will be living with Isis, 23, and her dachshund, Chorizo. Isis works in aged care and is the friendliest, tidiest housemate. She is always up for a chat and she loves to adventure outdoors and explore new hobbies. Chorizo pretends to be mean but is secretly an attention addict who WILL find her way into your blanket.
