About the flatmates
I am seeking a flat mate interested in a quiet, clean and studious but friendly and easy-going household. The place has a nice private garden and peaceful study atmosphere. On month-to-month lease. The room measures 3.5 x 3 metres (excluding built-in and ensuite).
On bus route but it also has fast access to ANU by car (15 minutes) or cycling (35 minutes if fit). Onsite carpark.
This is a great place, nice and quiet, fully furnished. There are two others (including me) We have interesting international and domestic backgrounds (with academic/public service context).
