About the flatmates
The housemates - Deb, mid 40s, I'll be away interstate off and on with return trips for a few weeks or more so am looking for a person with a track record of being a reliable communicator and excellent tenant. Previously working in the APS in Canberra with a bit of studying and volunteering thrown in. Enjoys hiking, all things science, swimming and the gym.
Ideal flatmate is a female, non smoker, mature late 20's or 30s, with experience share housing and living alone and a stable income. Ideally you’re either a post graduate student or a young professional and are friendly and easy going. This is a quiet, safe area where the neighbours know and keep an eye out for each other. Not a party house. A reference and a police check required.
