It’s a spare room in an apartment unit. Location is in Holt, walking distance to Kippax shops. Windows facing out onto Southern Cross Drive. You will also have access to a bathroom of which is also the laundry so a somewhat shared bathroom. Shared living spaces (kitchen, living room, dining room). My bedroom is down its own little hallway and I have my own ensuite thing.
