The place is clean and furnished that would suit a non-smoking, tidy person who is quiet, has no pet, and does not party at home.

Location:
5 minute drive to The University of Canberra, and there is a bus stop right in front of the house.

Rent will be $200 per week to be paid at the beginning of the week fortnightly, internet is included.
Bills (water, gas, electricity) are to be shared among tenants.
$400 bond to be paid before moving in.

There will be a total of three residents sharing one bathroom and one separate toilet in the house if all rooms are occupied.
Cameron, a full time worker and his 10 year old daughter currently lives in the house. I ama not currently in Canberra so I won't be living in the house.
