Hi guys, we have a room at Lawson available from late January 2026 for one year minimum. Can extend yearly.
It is a modern bedroom with a desk and has a built-in wardrobe. Bed 3 in floor plan.
The kitchen comes with the gas cooktop, dishwasher and all necessities. The bills are shared.
It’s a new modern style townhouse, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath.
The bath and toilet are separate.
You will be living with me, a full time Phd at ANU, and a young professional. We are very tidy and respectful!
We respect to each others privacy but also keen on chats and gathering!
