Our names are Chris and Maream. We have a rental property in Lawson ACT (3BR townhouse, 3 bathroom, external terrace (North side), small front courtyard at street level/front entrance, double garage under, kitchen/lounge split level high ceilings, solar passive/double glazed with reverse cycle heating/cooling). As at January 2026, we have 2 tenants currently, are looking to fill the 3rd room (has an ensuite) from the long weekend in January (26 Jan). The place is 8 years old, settled July 2017 and furnished except for the unoccupied bedroom. Happy to put you in touch with the tenants, as a meet and greet, and go from there. The flatmates: Both male, late 20's, working FT. Very neat and tidy. No pets please! The available room is on the top floor. Located close to UC Bruce, Kaleen and Belconnen town centre. Bus routes to City, Belconnen, Dickson-200m walk to bus stop.
