We have a great house, with plenty of chill space, it has two separate living areas. There's a well appointed kitchen and dinning room which is a sunny haven in winter.
The house comes with a resident kitties. They are very friendly very fluffy and can be vocal.
The rose filled garden backs onto a reserve that's just divine for walking, jogging, bikes (even fishing).
It's a chilled space with great light. Easy to get to just about anywhere.
Gungahlin, Civic, Belconnen all close by and to Universities (9km to UC, 10 km to ACU and 12km to ANU)
