About the flatmates
We are two sisters looking to rent a room to a like minded flatmate.
Both full time professionals, 29 and 32, who enjoy each others company and a clean and tidy home. We have a very nice place which we hope a flatmate can appreciate and respect, and treat as if it were their own.
We both enjoy peace and quiet as well as appreciating time to socialise. You would also have the company of two friendly cats. The place has two seperate living spaces, great laundry with facilities and well landscaped garden to enjoy in the warmer months. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with ample parking available. You can walk to Belconnen or drive 2 minutes down the road if you can't be bothered walking. Close to everything Belconnen has to offer and only 10 minutes from the city. Gyms, university, and shopping all very close.
Choice of two rooms. One is furnished with a double bed, side table and desk with chair. The other is unfurnished if you prefer. You would be sharing the main bathroom with one other.
