The neighbourhood is fantastic and has the leafy luxury of an established suburb.
The house is a three bedroom townhouse.
The house is modest with large living area, storage filled kitchen plus dishwasher, gas stovetop and oven. There is a storage space in the hallway available for linens etc.

Outdoor space includes a grassed front courtyard and a second courtyard that would be great for a veggie patch and has a foldable washing line.
Abundant and easy access to nearby green areas, Gungahlin town centre, Supabarn Crace, IGA and plenty of other interest points like The G Spot food truck, oval, Gungahlin pond and gorgeous cherry blossoms in spring. The area has great waterfront picnic spots a short walk away.
Convenient public transpot in a bus stop at the top of the driveway for easy access to the town centre and easy transfers with the light rail and other PT. There is a space in the garage for a small car/bike/moto but also some other semi off street parking spots around.
Bills consist of Electricity, Gas and a fixed cost for FTTP NBN Internet. These are split equally.

Emma - 23yo A quirky, fun and quiet but conversational girl. Loves Eurovision, going for sunset walks around the neighbourhood, a good visit to the markets and knowing obscure facts and history. Originally hailing from NSW. Works the hospo life and often brings home the best Thai food on the Northside.
Dawn - 28yo Vet nurse in training, loves animals and works with them. More details TBA
Everyone is keen on a peaceful and happy home environment and would love someone who is on board with that. Respectful of boundaries and personal space but happy to hang out too.
