I need someone to fill my master bedroom in this cosy 3 bedroom unit.

Your roommates:

Emma 25 years old (She/Her): Is a lover of history, trivia and terrible jokes. Emma loves watching Eurovision and anime and sometimes brings home the best Thai food on the Northside.

Dawn 28 (She/Her): The crafty lesbian, can be found sewing, chilling and bingeing Disney and criminal minds.

The household can be social however we all understand that people need their own space and bounders to be respected.
This isn't a party house, it's more of a let's order food and watch anime as a family and/or games night house hold. This place is a safe lgbtqia+ space and we'd like to keep it that way, these housemates could become part of your chosen family if you would like.

Due to the shitty rental market at the moment, the rent is due to be increased on the 9th of February. This means you'll be paying $766.18 per month, which is roughly $191.54 per week.
Rent is paid monthly and utilities are not included.

The house has a shared kitchen, laundry and common area, 2 courtyards, and you'll have the master bedroom with your own private ensuite.
