Hey! I'm on the lookout for a respectful and tidy new flatmate for this 2 bedroom apartment. As I am going to be moving out! My lovely roommate Daisy will need a new roomie :)

Ideally, someone who enjoys a peaceful environment, values personal space, and is considerate of noise and shared spaces. At the same time, love someone who’s up for the occasional chat, shared meal, or a movie night — someone friendly and easygoing who’s happy to be social when it suits.

The bedrooms are the same size - but your room will be bedroom with the ensuite. Kitchen cupboard is split to have enough room for the both of you :).
The apartment complex also offers an outdoor pool, spa (photos) and BBQ area as well as a commercial sized gym on the ground floor

Photos currently are not the actual furniture of the apartment - apartment will not include white appliances such as (fridge, toaster, microwave) but does have a washer and dryer combined. If you have other furniture that would be ideal but discussions can be made to adjust accordingly to make it comfortable!

Bills are not included in the rent (gas and electricity are paid quarterly, and wifi is monthly, rent is paid fortnightly ($660/fortnight)). You will also be placed onto the rental agreement as well.
