Theres also an off street parking for your car if you have one…the building is in Philip and is a 12 minutes walk from Woden Westfield, 8 minutes walk from the Sunday outside farmers market, 8 minutes walk from the bus station and a few minutes walk from the bus stops, it’s also 9 minutes drive to Canberra hospital or a 15 minutes bus ride to it… the building is very safe and secure… the apartment overlooks stunning views from the balcony… and the city is 15 minutes bus ride from the R4,R5 bus stops which are also less than a five minutes walk from the building… all rh boxes you see in the pictures will be gone once the current house mate leaves which should be early February (date can be flexible from 7-27) , the room can either come unfinished or you can buy off the current housemates furniture from her (you can come and take a look and decide :)… you have your own bathroom, all bills are split equally and cleaning and maintaining a beautiful clean flat is both of our responsibilities
