About the property
Room is currently available. Is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. The main bathroom will be for your use only. Apartment is furnished as per pictures, the room currently has a desk and drawers which can be removed if not required. There is parking available in a large carpark near the building which is free to park outside office hours. Otherwise you may be able to rent an additional carspot in the building from another apartment as some may come available.
Move in date is flexible, but before 13th March.
Bills are split 50/50 internet and electricity are monthly.
The lap pool and sauna in the building complex are great.
There is a club lime gym I use next to the building and close walk to the Woden bus interchange.
