Its a cozy little 2-story unit about a 10 minute walk from the main street of Queanbeyan, ideal distance to the pub, shops, etc. There is a Chemist, cafe and Supercheap Auto just 100m down the road. There are two sports ovals right next to us. There are plenty of cool swimming spots within a 10-minute drive too.
Electricity is split monthly. Air con/Heating downstairs with fans in the rooms up top. Brand new hot water system. Off-street parking. Nice little yard out the back with a BBQ. Neighbours are all peaceful.
Room has a queen mattress with no other furniture.

About me :
I'm a 20-year-old male looking for someone to share the rent in a townhouse in Queanbeyan as my current flat mate is moving at the end of January.
I am currently a student studying architecture at UC and also work as a landscaper. In my spare time, I enjoy going on hikes and runs. I enjoy playing guitar, golf and mountain biking.
At home I'm usually just chillin in the living room or cooking. Like to keep the place tidy and comfortable.
Most weekends I go back to parents farm for the weekend or to my girlfriends so you'd have the house to yourself a fair bit.
