Sick of dealing with real estates and inspections? You're in luck! I am privately renting my spare room!
This is a private rental and because I (the owner) live on the property it is technically an occupancy agreement rather than tenancy, though I will definitely be providing a written agreement! I also have to do my due diligence so will need proof of income and a previous rental reference.

- has study including a spare desk for wfh/gaming/makeup
- street parking
- house is fully furnished and room has queen bed and drawers
- Next to bustops with regular direct routes into Gungahlin for light rail access
-Across the road from nature reserve perfect for daily hot girl/boy walks
- Will consider a small dog
About the $$:
- $250 rent a week (paid fortnightly)
- 2 weeks bond (paid to ACT revenue office)
- flexible occupancy length
- Bills (nbn and electricity) paid monthly and split equally.
As it's brand new build it meets all the minimum efficiency standards.
Flexible occupancy length however would prefer someone a bit longer term.

- Weekends I will either be out and about or chilling at home, and while not a party house I enjoy the occasional night out!
I like reading, going to random events, Netflix, hanging with my mates, festivals, visiting my fam in Sydney, travelling... All the standard stuff!
- I am clean and tidy and like keeping the place in good shape.
