Location:
The house is located on a quiet loop street with access straight onto the reserve, great for walking down to the calwell ovals and shops.

Just 10 minute drive or 20min bus to Tuggeranong town center and 25 minutes to the city. There is also a bus stop at calwell shops with buses running to Woden and the city.

Accommodation:
The room is fully furnished however If you have your own stuff you’d like to use we can also accommodate that.
There is also a shared study area that can be used as well.

About the house:
Great outdoor area with spacious gardens and even chickens. You won’t ever have to buy eggs.
The house is fully furnished with all the creature comforts including coffee machine, outdoor bbq and much more.
There’s a shed for with extra storage and there is also an extra powder room in there. The car spaces are taken but there is off street parking available.

You:
We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and is willing to contribute to the household either helping out in the garden or cleaning of the house.
This is not a party house we do have occasional bbqs and drinks with friends but generally a quiet chill house.

Looking for someone around the same age.
