House Rules
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- 3 weeks’ vacate notice
- Single occupancy only (no partners or sharing)
- No access to other parts of the house, respecting the privacy of current occupants
- No overnight guests for the safety and comfort of all flatmates
- No pets
- No smoking inside as they are equipped with smoke detectors (smoking permitted in the backyard only)
- Alcohol to be enjoyed responsibly and respectfully
- Not a party house – suited to someone who values peace and privacy
