About the property
We’re looking for a housemate to join our four bedroom house in Weston. We have one bedroom fully furnished with a wardrobe and double bed available.
The room is available from early Feb (with flexibility) for a 12 month contract.
The house is a large 4 bedroom place with an open kitchen and living room, large backyard and deck (perfect for hosting), 1 large bathroom with shower and separate bathtub, additionally a separate toilet connecting to the laundry. 2 car garage however the parking spaces are occupied, but there is street parking always available!
We are a 10 minute walk from Cooleman Court (which has an Aldi, Woolworths, cafes etc), there is a rapid bus stop about a 5 minute walk from us which takes about 20 minutes to get into the city. Driving yourself, the city is only about a 12 minute drive away!
The house is fully furnished, but we are happy to chat about accommodating furniture and house decor. We are also a no pet household.

- all of us are social and friendly but value our own space
- two of us are starting graduate programs this year, which is very exciting!!
