My housemate has moved to Sydney, so am looking for someone to join me and my 1 yr old cat until mid-July 2026 (open to shorter term tenancy as well).
You will get your own spacious unfurnished bedroom (3m x 3.6m) with your own bathroom. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and I have a spare king single mattress if needed. You also have the option of parking your car in the garage or in a designated parking spot in the complex.There is also plenty of space in the courtyard to keep large plants.
Right behind the house is a nature reserve with a running track that always has lots of kangaroos. Grocery stores, restaurants, and a bus stop are 5 mins walk away, and all the amenities of Coombs, Wright, and Denman Prospect are within arms reach.
Under 15 mins by car to go to Civic and about 10 mins drive to Inner South.

About the flatmates
I'm 29 years old working full time, usually from the office. I enjoy playing and watching sports (mainly soccer), going to the cinema if any good movies are out, and playing video games. My cat is a very curious 1 year old (who is unfortunately unemployed) and loves play time when he's not asleep or sunbathing.
Looking for someone tidy and respectful who has lived in sharehouses before. Utilities (electricity, gas, internet) to be split 50-50. Keen to setup inspections asap and chat in person.
