The available room can easily fit a Queen bed, has a built-in wardrobe and a window overlooking the mountain. Included with the room is the main bathroom (not shared). There is plenty of parking off the street but is not assigned parking.
It is located right on Mt Stromlo and just a short walk from the river, some local lakes, and the local bus stop. If you like being outdoors, this is the perfect place. Mt Stromlo has a pool, gym and many walking/biking tracks. 10 minutes to the parliamentary triangle or civic. Less to Woden and Belconnen.
One room has been converted into a shared study which gets absolutely gorgeous morning sun. Downstairs there is a fully furnished living room, dining table and kitchen to share.

I am a non-smoker who is very quiet likes my own space but also love a good chat. I work full-time and love trying to be active in the afternoons by being outside. My dog is very friendly pup who just sleeps all day and absolutely loves a good snuggle.
