Pub/restaurant, pizza place all within walking distance. Supermarket, dentist and medical centre just down the road.
This is a spacious, modern, fully furnished (except for your room) and beautifully decorated townhouse with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus powder room with 3rd guest toilet.

There is also a separate spare room that can be used for study or as a TV games/media room. It’s a really big room that’s currently not used for very much so there’s plenty of room for a desk, TV, etc.

The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge, microwave, dishwasher and separate area with washing machine. There is also a front door camera, intercom and zoned security system. The reverse cycle ducted heating and cooling throughout with continuous flow hot water keeps utilities very low cost.
The utilities are always very reasonable and are shared between 3; unlimited internet is $8.00 per week.
