The rent is $280 per week, which includes all water, gas, and electricity bills. High-speed internet is available, and we can negotiate splitting the cost.

The bedroom is bright and comes with a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. I can provide a desk and chair for you, or you're welcome to bring your own furniture. The room is available from February 22.

I am a quiet, clean, and respectful professional/student. I'm hoping to find a roommate with similar habits—someone who values a peaceful home as a place to relax and recharge.

- You appreciate a quiet, "non-party" environment (no pets, sorry!).

The flat is in a fantastic, quiet location: a 5-minute walk to Park Beach; a 10-minute walk to the Park Beach Plaza.
