About the property
You would have your own bedroom which is furnished with a queen sized bed, desk, bedside table and lamp (aircon and fan as well). Built in wardrobe. You will have your own shower and bathroom. Unit is on the top (3rd) floor (building has a lift), beautiful view over bush land from the balcony where you can watch the sunrise. You would also have your own parking space which is off street and protected by an electronic gate. The third bedroom is used as a study/art room which you would be able to use.
Unit is pretty spacious - bedrooms are on opposite sides so will have own space. Fully furnished, kitchen is fully stocked with appliances.
Really close to Bakewell shopping centre and close to Fresh Point and the Bell Bar. Only 12 units in the block. It’s a pretty quiet block in general.
Preferable if you’re a cat person - my cats are both super extroverted and love having some attention.
