Im looking for a new housemate as my current one is moving out of Geelong. The home is a large, comfortable 4-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a garage.
You’ll have two rooms all to yourself (perfect for a bedroom and a study or hobby space) plus your own private bathroom. The rooms are unfurnished but the rest of the house is nicely furnished and has everything you need to feel at home.
Rent is $325 per week, plus bills shared equally between two of us. Pets are not allowed (small dog maybe considered). No smokers.
