About the property
The house is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with plenty of room to spread out. There are two separate living spaces, which makes it easy to have your own space when you want it. There’s also a garage, which is currently used for Harvey’s tools, but if you’re a tradie, you’re very welcome to use it for your own tools too.
We both park on the street, which is easy and always available.
One of the best parts of the house is the beautiful garden and outdoor entertaining area. It’s perfect for relaxed dinners, drinks, or just hanging outside. I’m currently attempting to grow veggies out there (with mixed success, but optimism remains).
You’d have your own bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe attached. The house is fully furnished, except for your bedroom, but we do have a spare queen mattress you’re welcome to use if needed.
The kitchen is huge and well-equipped, and the whole place has a really comfortable, homely feel rather than a share-house vibe.

About the flatmates
We’re siblings, Lucy (26) and Harvey (23), and we’re both pretty relaxed, easygoing people. I work as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, and Harvey is a carpenter. We both work Monday to Friday and usually split our weekends between being at home and being out with friends.
We love being outdoors. I’m big on swimming, running, and beach time, while Harvey’s into bike riding, motorbike riding, and camping. We enjoy socialising and having friends over, but more in a chilled, low-key way rather than big parties. We also really value our own space and downtime.
We’re super clean and tidy and have a mutual understanding that everyone cleans up after themselves. We love that our house feels calm, comfortable, and looked after.
Overall, we’re looking to create a home that feels respectful, relaxed, and easy to live in.
