· Bedrooms 2: Offers a queen bed with matress, large BIR and a small entertainment unit. $280 per week. $1120 bond of four weeks.

· Bedroom 3: Has a double bed with mattress, BIR and shelves on wall. $250 per week. $1000 bond of four weeks.

A separate, generous size laundry room is equipped with a large laundry sink and a washer/dryer combo, making cleaning & laundry a breeze.

Main bathroom has a shower over the bath tub. A toilet room is separate.

There is undercover carport available for parking.

Practical Details:

· Bills: All utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet) will be split evenly among the occupants. An upfront payment of $180 per occupant is required, which will be deducted to your final actual utilities bills.
· Safety: For the security and peace of mind of all tenants, the property entrances and common outdoor areas are under surveillance.
Please note that all internal private spaces (bedrooms, bathrooms, toilet) are not monitored.
· Agreement: A formal room sharing agreement and ID verification are required. A bond equivalent to one month's rent will be lodged with the RTBA, separate from the utilities payment.

This is a non-smoking property.

For the comfort of all occupants, this property limits to accommodate a maximum of three occupants only.

All rents are paid one month in advanced. Rent is due at the first day of every month.
