Hey guys, we are currently on the hunt for a new housemate to join us in Newtown, super cheap rent and great central location.
We are a few minutes walk to local woolies, 10 minute walk to pakington st.
The house is cosy, a little older with character. We have a spacious backyard as well.

About the flatmates
You will be living with 3 other housemates,
Sam, Cai and myself. We are usually quite busy during the day with work/studying but do enjoy cooking some meals and having a chat when it comes closer to the weekend.
I have a mini dachshund who lives with us Named Arlo, loves a scratch or two so most likely no more pets unfortunately.
If you'd like to know more about us or have any other questions then don't hesitate to ask!
Rent is split between us all and is $132.50 weekly, bills are not included with rent and are also split between the 4 of us.
Bond is $1111 and will be paid to current housemate who will be moving out with his partner.
