We have a room available in our house. $200 per week (including bills)
The room is available at the start of Feb. It has 2 windows, and looks out to the backyard. It’s size is about 2.5x4m.
It has shelves, a wardrobe.
This house has three bedrooms, has a large open kitchen and living room with a fire place, a shared renovated bathroom, air-con, massive backyard with a large veggie patch, large shed, and a little bungalow at the back of the property where Cam will be living.
The communal areas of the house are all fully furnished with mid century style furniture and art. It is also full of greenery but always welcome to more. Off street parking is also available.

- A 2 minute walk you'll be at the Bellarine Rail Trail
- Bus stops and trains are all within a very short walk…
