Very coastal vibey apartment with beach views, very clean and always kept clean. So looking for someone who also likes to keep the home in a clean state. The bedroom advertised, you will have your own private balcony and private bathroom (also used as the guest bathroom) that you can furnish yourself. Lounge and living area is currently furnished with my own furnishings but always happy to add to it if you’d like! (Apartment has different furnishings, alot nicer than photos)

Hi there, currently looking for someone to fill a room in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the beachfront of Tugun. Abit about myself, i am the owner of a painting company so i work alot, and train in the afternoons so only usually home at night and weekends. Im very clean and like to keep the apartment as clean as possible. Very social so will always interact and have a chat when you’re around. But also respect if you keep to yourself.
