House common areas are fully furnished and modern.
We back onto a reserve. From the back of the house you will see kangaroos on a daily bases.
There are walking tracks through the reserve. You could even spot a Koala and a 2 min walk to Coombabah Lake.
Buses every 15 mins which take you to Paradise Point, Runaway Bay, then on to Harbour Town and beyond.
Coombabah Shopping Plaza at the end of the street.
Runaway Bay and Harbour Town only 5 minute drive away.
Unfortunately we can not have any animals due to tenant with allergies.
