The house is older, but its just been freshly painted with brand new carpet throughout, so it feels clean, bright, and refreshed while still keeping its character.

Inside, in the living area you’ll find a 75-inch Sony Bravia TV for movie nights, included, fast Wi-Fi, a shared bathroom, and a laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. There’s no air-con by design to help keep the bills low, but ceiling fans and the breezy layout keep it comfortable in summer.

You will be living with 4 other males in their mid 20s on working holiday visa's.

The rooms are availalbe for short term or long term stay. I will provide a discount for long term stay.

Outside, there’s a massive fenced backyard, four street parking bays, secure spots for trailers, jetskis or campervans, and a park right next door for morning walks.
