I'm a 39year old male. Work casually and love reading and studying in my spare time.
Other housemate Mark is in his 50's, works and loves working on his cars in his spare time.
House has a cat, so if you have allergies it's probably not the place for you sorry.
You will be sharing a bathroom so I would appreciate a clean person, also someone who tidies up after themselves after meals
Don't mind someone who drinks or smokes. But smoking MUST be done out of the house. If drinking please be mindful of other people's property, in saying that no dramas if you want friends over, but the same rules apply to them too
Electricity and Internet (not as yet but will have installed if required) and rent will be split 3 ways. If you are a couple everything will be split 4 ways. This is not negotiable.
Mark has the master and I have the second room, successful applicant(s) will have the 3rd bedroom. This is also non negotiable, however in time this may change.
