Hi friends. My younger sister is moving down to Melbourne in a couple of weeks and her room is available for rent. Our house is clean and tidy (despite the mismatch furniture) and located on the northern GC. I live with my grandma here too. We are friendly, respectful and both love to cook great food! I work full time, love to go to the gym and live a healthy life. My sister’s room may remain furnished/unfurnished. It’s totally up to you. As I can sell her bed etc on marketplace.
