A spacious queen-sized bedroom (3.3m x 3.4m) is now available in our established shared household. The room features new carpet, a fresh coat of paint, and can be furnished with a queen (or double) bed, mattress, and bedside table if desired. Additional inclusions are a ceiling fan, ducted air-conditioning, and a hardwired LAN port for reliable high-speed internet access. A small office desk can be supplied if required also.

For added security, CCTV cameras are installed over the driveway and entrances.

Shared areas of the home are fully furnished, including the kitchen, and cleaning responsibilities are rotated fairly among housemates.
You will also have your own entire fridge and pantry space.

Weekly rent includes electricity, internet, and water. The advertised price applies to a single occupant, with couples welcome at an additional $30 per week.
