Centrally located on the coast, with quick access to the M1 to get anywhere on the coast. Local shopping centre is 5 min walk and has an IGA, organic butcher, as well several restaurants like Chinese, Indian, Italian, Carvery and a local pub. Aldi, Coles, Woolies and Banks are a short drive. The room has a queen size bed, full size built in wardrobe. Shared bathroom. All utilities and house running costs such as netflix, laundry detergents, garbage bags and toilet paper is $20/week. Definitely no smoking or drugs on the property. Social drinking is fine.
