We are situated about 7mins from the M1, in amongst the suburbia. Our street is fairly quiet with friendly neighbours. Supermarkets, restaurants, train station, fuel station etc are all within 5mins drive. The street is fairly narrow however there is space on the driveway to park if you have a vehicle. We don’t intent to look for any more roommates to fill the other two bedrooms so the 2nd bathroom will be all yours. We have a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher all available at your discretion. About the flatmates
My partner and I are looking for a single or couple to rent out one of the four bedrooms in our home. It’s currently just us in the main bedroom with one of the bedrooms dedicated to my four birds. We both work full time Monday to Friday. We both enjoy going to the gym, running, playing golf and pretty much any sport you can think of. We tend to be up early and in bed before 10pm. Ideally we are looking for a person/s who has similar interests/schedule. This is a non smoking, drug free home, however we don’t have any restrictions on alcohol, more so just be responsible when drinking. Internet and bills would be included in rent.
