I’m Tess, I’m 35 and a single mum to 1 school aged child. We live an active lifestyle but like our home life to be peaceful and quiet. We cook most night and we’re tidy/clean and keep our home minimal and simple. This is a private arrangement home owned by a family member. We are looking to share 1 large room at the back of the house to help ease our living costs. We have a small miniature schnauzer dog who’s 3, toilet trained and hypoallergenic he loves people and cuddles. We’re looking for someone who respects our privacy and works full time and has integrity for shared spaces and paying rent on time.
