About the property
Located in a friendly neighbourhood in the Ormeau Ridge Estate, you will enjoy a private room set towards the front of the house with big windows looking out towards a nice pocket of greenery. Has a backyard for your doggo, great walking paths, and walking distance to a fenced dog park.
You will share the toilet ,bathroom (with a bathtub) and a rumpus along with the lounge, kitchen, and laundry. Plenty of off-street parking available.
Electricity, Gas, Water, and NBN FTTP internet are included. Gas cooktops for that perfect meal.
At this point, I might be too biased, but it's a pretty cool pad you can come home to, to relax and rest after a busy day at work; or the perfect setup if you are working from home.
Please note: Bed in the pictured room isn't there anymore. The room will come with a bed, table, and a built-in wardrobe. The shared rumpus also has a study desk, chairs and a TV.
You will share the house with my mother and one more house mate (woman).

About the flatmates
Posting this on behalf of my mom, who you will be sharing the house with (in her 60s). She is friendly and loves to socialise, but you'll have your slice of quiet and privacy. She loves pets, so bonus points if you have a well-behaved doggo to accompany you.
My mom (ex-school teacher) stays at home, respects privacy, loves to talk about her tattoos and her various traveling adventures. Lately, she has been trying her hand at gardening.
