Hi there,
I'am going on a last min trip and I'am wanting to rent out my room for the time I'am gone. I'am looking for someone who is quiet, preferably working and is clean to sublet my room.
You'll be living with 4 others in a 3 story home with a pool. We are very clean and respectful. We sleep early and looking for someone who just needs a quiet place to relax. No parties or smoking. Preferably looking for someone around the age of mid to late 20's - early 30's!
It'll be $350 a week- bills included as well. 1st March until 20th March but we can discuss exact dates in person.
3 level home - Pool - Big kitchen -Huge Pool and deck space -Tv in your room- Prime Location in Palm beach - walking distance to coffee shops, Coles and the beach !
