Palm beach avenue is an amazing location, it’s only a 3 minute walk to the beach, coles, doctors, cafes and palm beach CBD. The 3 bedrooms are all the same size and get good sunlight, making the house feel warm and homely. We have a big back yard with a good size garden shed out the back. There are 2 parking spaces on the property with lots of on street parking available.

About the flatmates

Hi guys!
We have a room for rent in palm beach that’ll be ready to move in too by the end of January. Billy and I are best mates that are originally from New Zealand but have called Gold Coast home for a while now. We’re both into surfing, camping and exercise. We both live very social lives and don’t mind a beery every now and again. We are looking for someone that lives a similar lifestyle and easy to get along with.
