The space is a 3 bedroom duplex located only a short walk from the beach (less than 5 mins) and available from the 10th of Feb 🌴
You would have your own large bathroom with a bath. There is a bed available for use but flexible if you have your own bed/furniture to bring. All bedroom spaces are upstairs and an open plan living space downstairs with good natural light during the day. There is no aircon at the property but with fans and many large windows it’s easy to keep the house cool and comfortable 😊
Internet and streaming services are included as well
The neighbourhood is very friendly and relatively quiet with lots of families on this street. Great access to shops and amenities with bus stops, Thai restaurant, pizza shop and bottle shop located at the end of the street. Burleigh hill is also a very short walk away 🌞
I’m looking for a reliable, tidy and employed housemate who is keen to stay long term and share the lease with me. An application will need to be submitted to the real estate 😊

Outside of work I’m a very quiet person and generally stay close to home during the week. Occasionally I have friends drop in but this is certainly not a party house and I really value the serenity of being at home
I enjoy going to the beach (which is convenient living only minutes away by walk), hanging out with Lady, nature hikes, cooking, reading and I’m usually listening to music throughout the day 😊
