Large bedroom, will fit a king size bed with room to spare. Pictures is of a queen sized bed. Built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Room is unfurnished .

We're pretty low-key and we really value a clean and calm home environment.

We're looking for a female or a couple, someone in their 18-30s, who is respectful of personal space. Non-smoker. Being clean, tidy, and self-aware is really important. If you're someone who leaves food in the sink or avoids unpacking the dishwasher or taking out the bins, this won't be the right fit.

You’ll be sharing with a young couple, both from NZ.

There is a Kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom and laundry. Opens up onto front deck.

Backyard is huge. Feel free to use it. There are 2 big dogs living in the unit downstairs.

We’re less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Directly across from the shopping centre. Lots of restaurants, cafes etc around us.

2 wks bond, 2 weeks in advance. $400 per week, will go up to $420 in June 2026.
