Hi guys!
I am subletting my room until the 2nd of October as I am moving away for a snow season but will be moving back in on my return 🏂 Move in date is flexible for the right person, and available anytime from now onwards.
🦋 Located in Palm Beach, basically waterfront (see last picture for a view of the beach from the balcony).
🦋 Huge master bedroom that will come fully furnished as per pictures (personal items will obviously be removed), including a king-sized bed.
🦋 Heaps of cupboard space in the bedroom - double sliding door wardrobe with full-length mirrors + an additional set of drawers
🦋 No aircon but does have a ceiling fan that does a great job!
🦋 Ensuite attached to the room so you won’t need to share a bathroom with anyone. Ensuite comes with ample storage space.
🦋 1x Underground, off-street parking space available for a single car with a small amount of additional storage space. Maximum vehicle height 1.95m.
🦋 Wifi is available but will be an additional cost per month (approximately $30). Electricity also an additional cost and will be calculated based on move in/out dates.
🦋 Female housemate is preferred however open to a male if it is the right fit. Sorry, no couples or pets 😞

About the flatmates
You will be living with two girls in their 20’s.
✨ Abbey is 24, an interior designer currently working in marketing and retail. Loves to bake, sew & make pottery!
✨ Tahlia is 25, works full-time in administration, is usually in bed by 7:30pm as she’s up early every morning, and loves fitness! A regular at the local gym, Pilates class and runs along the beach.
You will catch both girls up before the sun every morning either going for a walk, a run, a stroll down to the coffee shop, watching the sunrise, or doing some yoga by the balcony ☀️ Both girls don’t mind a social event with friends but rarely party, and love to make use of the beach out the front!
We have a great little dynamic going where we are super friendly but also respect each other’s personal space and downtime. We all cook our own meals and generally do our own thing, however don’t mind a bit of a chat in the afternoons when we get home from work/making dinner etc. It’s a wholesome, chill unit and ideally looking for someone who will fit in to that vibe ☺️
