About the property
Relatively spacious flat in Palm beach. 2 bed, opening plan living, secure off street car spot each. Hop skip and a jump from the beach (like literally across the road), bbq and pool area and friendly neighbours. Medium sized balcony which is nice for sunrise coffee/sunset beers. Easy walking distance to Talle Creek and Palmy surf club.
Bills not included in rent. Power bills have been ~$100-150 p/month split evenly, no gas.
Has fridge and washing machine.
The room available is the smaller of the two and comes unfurnished. Fits a queen bed, a few side tables and some small shelves. Decent sized built in wardrobe with mirror and room is carpeted.
Ceiling fans are in bedrooms, aircon/heater in the main living area
Photos are previous real estate photos and the apartment is/will be furnished nicer (housemate is moving out and taking her stuff so I’m having my stuff shipped up from Melbs). Furniture welcome but not necessary.

About the flatmates
About me- F 37 freelancer, originally from Melbourne. Work some late nights and weekends sometimes- also interstate and Brisbane on the occasion. Early riser and spend my free time at the beach, drinking coffee, travelling, with Maple, running (yes I’m one of them) and general fitness. Tidy but not a clean freak. Not a partier but do like being social as well as my personal space.
About maple- 3yo Labrador/sweet baby angel. Likes to bring you toys when you get home and belly rubs. Chasing balls and playing in the waves are her favourite pastime.
We are looking for a friendly, clean, chilled out housemate at a similar stage in life who is easy to get along with and loves dogs- if you’re not a dog lover then this place isn’t for you, sorry!
